For the purpose of age verification, the age of participant shall be taken as of 1 Jan 2014.
- Participants for the 21km competitive run must be 18 years old and above as of 1 Jan 2014.
- Participants for the 10km competitive run must be 16 years old and above as of 1 Jan 2014.
