Shuttle Bus Services
Shuttle bus services will be provided for race participants from selected MRT stations to
The Float@Marina Bay on 7 April 2013.
Participants can purchase the bus tickets at HERE from 11 March – 31 March 2013.

| When and where can I purchase the tickets? |
Tickets can be purchased from 11 March – 31 March 2013 (2359hrs)

| Where are the pick-up points? | MRT stations indicated on the respective bus routes (see below) |
| How should I select? | Purchase your ticket according to your preferred pick-up location. |
| How many locations can I choose? | One |
| How many tickets can I buy? | Unlimited purchases per participant. |
| Where will my purchase be indicated? | Your purchase will be indicated on your race confirmation slip. Please save a digital copy of your confirmation slip and show it to the bus driver before boarding the bus. |
| Are purchased tickets refundable? | Bus tickets for confirmed bus routes are non-refundable. |
| Is there a minimum capacity for the route to proceed? | The bus service for each route will only proceed if there is a minimum of 10 tickets purchased. The bus route that does not meet the minimum capacity will be cancelled. |
| When will the bus route be confirmed? | The organiser will contact you 3 days before the event date for confirmation. |
| What if my purchased bus route is cancelled? | A full refund will be made to your credit card within 2 weeks after the event date. |
| What time should I arrive at the pick-up location? | 15 minutes before the stipulated departure time |
| What time will I arrive at the race site? | The arrival of the buses at the race site will be subject to traffic conditions on the road and other conditions such as road closures, diversions, weather, accidents etc. |
