Race Entry Pack Collection

All Race Entry Packs must be collected during the collection period stated below:

Date : 2nd Apr 2011 (Saturday) and 3rd Apr 2011 (Sunday)
Time : 11am to 7pm
Venue : Velocity (238 Thomson Road, Novena Square, Singapore 307683)
Level 1 (In front of KFC)

A Race Entry Pack consists of:

  1. An exclusive Run 350 limited edition running tee
  2. An exclusive Run 350 number bib
  3. Race timing tag
  4. O2 creation tribelt (for 10km competitive only)
  5. Merchandise discount and voucher at Runninglab, Newton and NTUC Unity
  6. Race handbook

Please note: There will be no collection of race entry packs on the actual day. Late collections will not be entertained.

Getting to Velocity @ Novena:

MRT Velocity is located directly above Novena MRT station along the North South Line.
Bus Services 21, 54, 56, 124, 131, 143, 162, 166, 851 and 980
Driving Velocity has ample parking lots and parking is by Electronic Parking System (EPS). Cash card top-up is available at the NETS machine on Level 3B (Beside retail lifts). UOB ATM machines on level 1 and POSB ATM machines in the MRT station.
Parking Fees Monday to Friday 6am - 6pm $1.60 for first hour or part thereof
$0.80 for each subsequent half hour or part thereof

After 6 pm $2.20 per entry

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 6am - 6pm
$2.20 for first 4 hours or part thereof $1.10 for each subsequent hour or part thereof

After 6 pm $2.20 per entry

 

Collection of Race Entry Pack

It is mandatory for all participants to collect their race entry packs within the dates stated above. Participants will need to bring along the following documents for the collection of Race Entry Packs:

  1. Confirmation Slip (Compulsory)
  2. NRIC or Photo ID for verification purposes.
  3. Full-time students are to present their student pass or matriculation card during the collection of race entry pack to enjoy the student rate.
  4. For participants below 18 years of age, please bring along the indemnity form signed by your parent or guardian if you have not faxed or email to us earlier.

N.B. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participants without the required documents from collecting their entry packs.

Unable to collect your Race Entry Pack in person

If you are unable to collect your race entry pack personally during the assigned collection days, you may authorise someone to collect it for you. He/she will need to produce the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:

  1. Completed and signed authorisation form
  2. Your confirmation slip
  3. A copy/photocopy of the runner's identification card for verification
  4. His/her identification card for recording purposes
